Our Bird & Trout knife is a custom knife designed by Andrew Munger. These are made from 1095 high carbon steel, machined to precision, and finished by hand. The design was inspired from vintage outdoors iconography. See design detail for specifics on size and proportion. We just released our first ever run of 50 Bird & Trout knives into production, and each of the first 50 will be individually etched with a number 1-50. The price includes a kydex sheath. These will be custom made to order so you can pick your handle material, handle material color, and kydex color for the sheath.
